He now has a Palsy of his limbs which took place immediatly after the purging left him which he had on him for a week he is now regular in his bowles. his ancles are swelled a little. dont sleep much but has a middling appetite. he has been in the Westminster Hospital & has taken much Medicine amongst which he has taken mercury which in Rx Vol.Alkal gr xo two dos. Rx. Emp Epis Noiv Rx.
