June 1^st	Elizabeth Parara	34	Was siezed with Hemiplegia. She cannot eat from great difficulty of swallowing. She can neither move one side nor speak. her eyes has a stupid look, her pulse is frequent & small there seems to be no necessity of making Evacuations for all the mischief that extravasalm occassions is done already therefore stimulating medicines are [addend]	Rx. Vol. Alk. gr xo. ter die sumend. Epiapas. Nuch. Brach it femar applie.
