Exemplification under the seal of the Court of Common Pleas of a recovery suffered in Michaelmas term, 1656, between Thomas Lythall and John Hooper, complainants, and the President and Society for the Propagation of the Gospell in New England of 3 messuages with their appurtenances in the parish of St. Stephen in Walbrook (London), the former demanding against the President and Society these messuages as their proper inheritance. Attorney for the Society: Henry Martyn. Witnesses (vouchees): Samuel Vassal, esq., John Vassal, George Humston.
