Exemplification under the seal of the Court of Common Pleas of a recovery suffered in Michaelmas term, 1656, between Thomas Lythall and John Hooper, complainants, and the President and Society for the Propagation of the Gospell in New England of 3 messuages with their appurtenances in the parish of St. Stephen in Walbrook (London), the former demanding against the President and Society these messuages as their proper inheritance.
