cimen I have seen of religious rant. It is signed with
the names of two Concord [New-Lights?]. In my visit
to Concord this week, I laid hands on this paper, which
I showed to some Gentlemen of the[?] town, who assured
me that it is the original handwriting of David
Hoar. This man sells garden seeds. Daniel it is said
is taken under the other's patronage, but cannot
write.

Be so good as to cause your sexton to post the
notification respecting Sparhawk's estate, in some
public place.

I have also inclosed Jarvis's receit to ease
your mind & secure you from paying it again.

Pray tell me, after looking at Genesis II.24, where
Adam could get the idea of Father & Mother. I do not
remember to have seen any explanation of the text.

The President has received a letter from England
informing him that one of the prize Medals given
this winter by the Royal Society of London was for
the discovery of the changes of appearance which
take place every three days in the star Algol. It is
found in that space of time regularly to decrease from
a star of first magnitude, to a very small one, &
afterwards to recover its brightness.
