three such Benefactors would be sufficient to endow a College __
The Gentleman who will deliver you this, & accompanies {Mister} Cary is [illegible]
[illegible] _ was bred a Physician but hath not turned his mind much
to practice, he has preferred the business of an apothecary _ He is a
pleasant agreable man _ & high in the Spirit of Liberty _ any
[illegible] Civility you show to him will add to the obligations I am
under to you _ {Mister} Cary & he will tell you more news than I
know ____ I have sent you a Sermon at my Son's Ordination _
I have all my life been averse to publishing, but have turned
