[Right page] At a meeting of the {Commissioners} Boston 18th July 1764

Upon a representation made by the {Reverend} Mr. Hawley of his need of some Allowance in order to finish his House, which he is not able to do without the Aid of his constituents, which it is supposed may require about £50,

Voted. That he be allowed £35 for the purpose aforesaid, in expectation that the Corporation of Harvard College will make him a further grant in proportion to what they allow towards his support.
