That the amount of the aforementioned
Articles is £176.15.4

That the amounts of all the sizings in {said}
quarter is £45.8.6 3/4, which being
deducted from the last mentioned [?]
leaves £131.6.9 1/4 unaccounted for ~

That in the quarter from {November} 14. 1777 to
March 1. 1778 inclusively, the aggregate of
the time, the Students were in commons, was
232 weeks and 5 days.

That in that time besides 108 lb of geese and
36 fowls for the dinner on Thanksgiving day
{November} 20, the Steward charged 2464 1/2 lb of meal
as expended in the quarter; which after allow-
ing one pound pr day for each person, leaves
1915 1/2 lb unaccounted for, which at 172 pr. lb
amounts to £53.8.1

That from {November} 14. to {December} 1. inclusively he
charged 533 1/4 doz. biscuit, which [after?] allow-
ing each person three biscuit prday, leaves
213 3/4 doz. which at 3/4 pr doz. amounts to
£35.12.6

That in the last mentioned time he
charged 386 gallons of milk; which after
allowing each person one quart per day,
leaves 66 1/2 gallons unaccounted for, which
at 14 pr quart amounts to £4.8.8

That the amount of the aforementioned
articles is £93.9.3.

That the amount of all the sizings from
{November} 14 to March 12 is £26.16.1 3/4 which
being deducted from the last mentioned
sum leaves £66.13.1 1/4 unaccounted for~

The committee submit it to the Cor-
poration whether it be not expedient, that
the Steward should be directed to purchase
a large pair of [Seals?]. to be kept in the College
[within?] for weighting the provisions that
may be brought there; and determining the
[quantities?], which at the end of [?] quarters
may remain [unapprehended?].
