The Committee appointed to examine the Stewards accounts
for the first quarter ending 5th October, 1815, have attended to that
service, and find, that at the beginning of the quarter, the stores
on hand amounted to 469.71

which sum divided by 1458.5 the number of weeks in the
aggregate of time, gives $3.9 as the price of commons per week
nearly.

The committee also find, that the Stewards
accounts are well vouched, and correctly kept, and that there
has been good economy in the uses of provisions.
