so much mortified at your not sending the pretty landscape which
you promis'd him, I suppse before now you are quite a proficient in
that pretty accomplishment. I was much surpris'd to hear that you
were at Bethlehem, as I had never heard that you intended going
there. Your Uncle has just told Grandmama that you are to be here
in a few months, how happy does the thought make me, that we are
again to be reunit'd in so short a time. Alicia & I have just return'd
from making a little excursion to Wandoe. We staid about a week, which
I think it has been of much service to my health, which has been[illegible] much impair'd,
for some time past. The country air has given me a little colour & I dare say, in
a little while I shall be quite restor'd to my former good health. My dear
Grandmama & aunts joins me in most affectionate love & best wishes for
your health & happiness, is the fervant prayer of your friend.
