For how long will you teach at Columbia U.? Quite a few subjects are
taught here; I care for none of them. I want more knowledge on flowers. You
asked what I would like for my birthday. well if you give me my choice
of things permitted; I would like to have a book on plant insects + disease,
their cure and prevention. I don't know where you could get such a book.
