REFORMATORY FOR WOMEN
Framingham, Mass.

February 2, 1933

Miriam Van Waters
Superintendent

Harold Smith,
Box 43,
Norfolk, Mass.

Dear Harold:

I was very glad to have your note which
reached me a day or two ago, and which showed excellent
courage and determination to do your best.

I am as you can well imagine extremely
busy, but I do want to take this opportunity to assure
you of my continued interest in your welfare, and to
reassure you of my belief in your determination to
succeed.

Let us hope that the employment situation
improves as rapidly as will be healthy for continued
progress, and that some opening for you can be found soon.

With all good wishes,

Sincerely yours,

Superintendent.
