Dear Mrs. Van Waters: -

Kindly forgive me for not
turning up at class Tuesday. I was feeling rather
miserable and knew I should rest. alas
here am I , now feeling perfectly fit and
confined in the Hospital. I was fairly
exhausted, caught cold and of all handicaps
for a woman, I lost my voice.

I would very much like to know
the plans you have made for the Class with
Mrs. Fisher. if everything goes well I'll be
on Duty to-night and want to plan for whatever
you have arranged.

I feel such an indolent creature
just lying here when there is so much to
be done. I absolutely feel rugged and B.M.V.W.
who certainly has had more than her share of
tragedy this past week is still carrying on. I too
