Here in Framingham, where every
one grows a little older, a little
sadder and a little wiser; it is
good to capture a moment that
lends a little brightness. We
girls of the Literary Group,
who have been privileged to
bask beneath your sunny smile
and mesmeric voice find that
you are something of that mo-
ment. We regard ourselves
doubly fortunate in having you
dear Doctor, both for Super-
inlendent and Teacher.
I am sure all the girls echo my
sentiments when I say that
in appreciation of all you have
done for us, each and everyone
of us will strive more filly
and most faithfully, to fulfill
future tasks with spontaneity
and pride. May all our efforts
in the near future meet with
your approval and may you
continue to lead and guide us
for many more years to come,
is the fervent wish of all your
girls.
