Article I
Name and Purpose

Sec. 1. This organization shall be called
the High Point Garden Club.
Sec. 2. The object of the Club shall be to
encourage the making of gardens; the
study and culture of flowers; and to
aid where possible in the protection of
native trees, shrubs, wild flowers and
birds.

Article II
Government

Sec. 1. Officers shall consist of Pres., Vice Pres.,
Sec., Treas., and Librarian.
Sec. 2. The affairs of this Club shall be
managed by an Executive Committee
consisting of the officers of the Club
with five others appointed by the
President. These will be appointed at
the first meeting following the annual
election.
Sec. 3. Nominating Committee shall be
elected by the Club.
