that her resignation be accepted.

Unfinished business before
the Club consisted of the re-
port of Mrs. White, Chairman of
the Program Committee, which
was accepted.

It was decided to elect new
members at this meeting to fill
the vacancies caused by the
resignation of three members,
& after being moved & seconded,
five names were proposed.

After the ballot was cast
it was found that only two
members were elected at this
time. Mrs. W. C. Beavans & Mrs.
J. W. Harris, & the Secretary was
instructed to notify these new
members of their election.
