with Alfred Moyes poem " In Lilac Time ".

Mrs.G.W.Clark told about hydrangeas and their various col-
ors.

She was followed by Mrs.J.E. Cox who emphasized the importance
of planting different varieties of to if is secure a long succession of
bloom.

The program was closed by a letter from Prof.Coker of the
University who spoke strongly against the adoption of a town
flower.
