My Dear Mr Fisher, I cannot tell you how much I sympathise with you & all the family in this your deep sorrow & grief I know well how your poor hearts bleed - for she was a dear loving mother & no one on Earth can ever take her place to her children, but we can all live here so as to be ready to meet her in the Kingdom above. God alone can heal the wounded heart & to him you must alone look

for consolation & help in such times of trouble & sorrow We all send our deepest love & tender sympathy to your Sister. She is the one who will feel her Dear mother's loss most - be very gentle & loving to her in this her sore berievement, for she has had the care of her mother so long that she will miss her more than any one else can, give much love to Miss Eliza for us all, I hoped you could come to see us while so near.
