by Z. A.Burns & wife Mary Burns & G. G. Burns & wife Martha J. Burns
of Guilford County and State of North Carolina
to Austin H Welch
of Meclingburg County and State of North Carolina
WITNESSETH, That said Z. A. Burns & wife Mary Burns & G. G. Burns & wife Martha J. Burns
in consideration of Two Hundred Dollars to
paid by Austin H. Welch, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hath bargained and sold, and by these presents doth bargain, sell and convey to said
Austin H. Welch and his heirs, a tract on lot
of land in H. P. Guilford County and State of North Carolina
bounded as follows, viz : No 35 directly in rear of No 3 - Beginning at a Stone
in South West corner of No 34 running East 200 feet as Town
plot shows to J. B. Richardsons line then with said line 100
feet to Stone Sam'l Klutt's corner thence West with
said Klutt's line 200 feet to a Stone on East
side of Back Street and thence 100 feet with Back
Street to the Begining corner - containing
20,000 Square feet of Surface.
