THIS DEED OF RELEASE, made this 22nd day of
July 1937, by W.A. Livengood and wife Dora C. Livengood. + [Thos?] J. Gold, trustee, Guilford County, North
Carolina, parties of the first part, to MRS. BETTIE
CORBIT, ALBERTA CORBIT SNIDER and her husband, JOSEPH
F. SNIDER, of Guilford County, North Carolina, parties
of the second part;

W I T N E S S E T H:

THAT, WHEREAS, the parties of the second part
did on the 7th day of June, 1938 execute and deliver
unto [Thos?] J. Gold trustee for W.A. L. and D.C. Livengood,
a certain deed of trust conveying
real estate situate in Guilford County, North Carolina,
said deed of trust being recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds for Guilford County, North Carolina,
in Book 822 at Page 208

AND, WHEREAS, paid W. A. Livengood & wife Dora C.
two of the parties of the first part herein,
are the owners and holders of all of the indebtedness secured
by the above-mentioned deed of trust, and have requested
Thos J. Gold, Trustee in the said deed of trust, to join
in the execution of this deed of release for the purpose
of releasing the property hereinafter described from the
operation of the said deed of trust.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises
and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration in hand paid to the part-
ies of the first part by the parties of the second part,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties of
the first part have remised, released, quitclaimed, and
conveyed, and do by these presents, remise, release, quit-
claim, and convey, unto the parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns, the following described property
situate, lying, and being in Guilford County, North
Carolina, and more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a stake on the South side of
Barker Street, 50 feet West of the old Corbett-
Barker line ( H. R. Russel's Northwest corner);
thence along the South side of Barker Street,
North 70 deg. 48 min. West 50 feet to a new
corner; thence South 7 deg. 20 min. West 150
feet to a stake; thence South 70 deg. 48 min.
East 50 feet to H. R. Russel's Southwest corner;
thence along Russel's line North 7 deg. 20 min.
East 150 feet to the BEGINNING.
