TOWN PLAT OF BLOOMINGTON
Know all men by these presents that we Jonathan Cheney Timothy B. Hoblitt and Jesse Havens County Commissioners of the County of McLean in the State of Illinois have of the lands donated by James Allin for Public buildings in said County laid off the same in Town Lots viz The Town of Bloomington as described and marked in the above Town plat reference thereto being had for the number and width of the streets and number of the alleys. The length of the lots being 115 feet and width 66 feet The Alleys are 10 feet in width and numbered on the plat In witness we have set our hands and seals this 4th day of July 1831

Know all men by these presents that we David Davis Judith A Allin and William H. Allin of the County of McLean and state of Illinois and Sue A Walker and James B. Walker of the County of St. Louis and State of Missouri and Edward Allin Carrie A Rogers and Walter W. Rogers of the County of Columbia and State of New York do in conformity with the laws of the state of Illinois subdivide into Lots and Alleys. Grays Subdivision of Lots 7 8 & 9 Original Town of Bloomington
Know all men by these presents that I Isaac H Gray of the county of Sangamon and state of Illinois being the owner in fee simple of the north half of Block two (2) in the Original town (now city) of Bloomington County of McLean and state of Ilinois do hereby subdivide said North half of said Block according to the following plat. said subdivision shall be known as Grays subdivision of the north half of Block No two (2) in the original town of Bloomington each of said lots shall be twenty three (23) feet wide on Main and Centre Streets and Ninty (90) feet deep the alley through said north half of block two shall be eighteen feet wide running north through the centre of said north half of said block two which said alley is hereby dedicated to the public uses.
