Dear Sister Lettie I was agreeably surprised this morning to get a letter from you but none the less glad. but you was ahead of me. I had forgot all about my birthday never thought of it once although I knew it was this week sometime I dont think I ever let it slip by so before I generally know when the [Rest's?] come.
