Nathaniel Felts & others }

In this [cause?] the following decree is
rendered, It is ordered and decreed that the three
tracts of land in the petition and [answer?] [?]
described, one tract for four hundred acres
one tract for two hundred acres and another
tract for two hundred acres lying in Logan County
and patented to Archibald Felts dec'd be sold
at the residence of defendant Nathaniel Felts
on a credit until the first day of February 1854
the term and plan being first advertised by printed
advertisements at least twenty days before the
time of sale and at six or more public
places as near to the place of sale as
practicable, that said tracts be sold separatly
to the highest bidder, that the purchasers exe-
cute bonds, for the purchase money to the commissioner
herein appointed to make said sale for the
use of such persons as the court shall hereafter
decree, with good and sufficient sureties,
the bonds to have the force of sale bonds [inserted]also retainin a lien on the land [for taking?] not of the purchase money[/inserted]
William [Barnett?] is appointed a commissioner
to execute this decree, Said Commissioner is
further directed to ascertain and report to court
what rents, if any, defendant Nathaniel Felts
shall be charged, for the use of the [inserted]aforesaid[/inserted] lands
which he may have occupied or cultivated since
the death of the widow of Archibald Felts
dec'd Subject to any valuable and lasting [empower-?]
ments made upon said land by him, He is
also directed to ascertain and report to court
which of the several children of Archibald
