The plaintiffs, Mary Ann Felts
and [Lucy?] Felts, stated, that in the year 1817 one Archibald
Felts made and published his last will and testament
and died in 1825 in the County of Logan and of
the September term of the Logan County court 1825 said will
was duly known and recorded by the said county court
at which said will is filed as part hereof marked A. By
inspection of said will it will be seen that said testator
owned certain lands in Butler County which he devised
to his daughter Polly Drake the [distr?], and to his son William
Felts the lands which he owned in Logan County he
devised for life to his wife Mary Felts or during her widowhood,
and then to his other children to wit + Elizabeth Felts + Samuel
Felts + Charly Felts, + [Sally/Polly?] W Rice, John Felts, Nathaniel
Felts, James Felts and Archibald Felts. Plaintiff
states that said Mary was never married again and
died in Logan County in 1846, plaintiffs state that
said [Lucy?] is the widow of said Archibald who died
prior to the deaths of his mother, living plaintiffs
