An agreement between Ambrose Walden and
Jessey Carney, Ambrose Walden agreether to sell
one hundred acres of his leas hold land
in the Manner of Leeds ajoining Ashby's
Gap to run an equal number of pole on
both lines square with the road line with
the offset lines from the road leading
through Ashby's Gap, he the said Jessey
Carney paying sd. Walden for said Hun-
dred acres of land thirty pounds on {de-
rand?] and twenty pounds more on the
twenty fifth day of December one thousand
seven hundred and ninety five the said
Ambrose Walden gives up sd. Carney
[?] assignment of that part of his leas
and his interest in every respect up to the
[?]. Carney paying six pounds pr. year
rent upon sd. Hundred acres of land
this seventh day of Augt 1794
