Inner circle: [image:] Bald eagle with his head turned left, has outstretched wings, and is holding an olive branch in his right side of the talon and holding several arrows in his left side of the talon. In the center of the eagle is a shield with a solid color on top and stripes below. A banner that stretches from the left to right sides is held between the eagle's beak. Thank you for the pamphlet you shared with me. I found it to be quite interesting.
Pursuant to your request of October 18, I am enclosing some statistics from "Revolution in Civil Rights," third edition. I am sorry I cannot provide you with statistics on American cities that will have a Negro majority by 1975. However, I hope the projection to 1970 will be of some use to you in your future speeches.

Thanks for thr information. It will be helpful, especially now that I'm being invited to make repeat performances in some cities I spoke in a year or so ago. I've found to my sorrow that it doesn't do to repeat yourself too often.
