Dear Sir:
Please excuse my lateness in replying to you letter, but as now I have had the chance to get in touch with the SOUL group, I believe the situation is cleared up.
I would like to meet you at the airport. You will have accomodations for two nights either at the Hotel Utah or the Roadway Inn, Salt Lake's finest, at the expense of the Challenge Committee. We will, of course, take care of your meals during this time. I believe the SOUL group will take care of you after this time. We are taking care of your airplane tickets both ways, no matter when you leave Salt Lake, of course.
You will be speaking in the Union Ballroom at the University of Utah on April 2 at 1:10. We would like to know the title of your speech as soon as possible. This will be your Challenge address. I have arranged various other speaking assignments for you during the day, and you may certainly give the same one as often as you like.
If you can, therefore, send us the flight numbers you want or buy the tickets yourself and have us reimburse you, and inform us of the time you will be arriving in Salt Lake City, we will certainly appreciate it.
