We would like to extend an invitation to you, to become one of the international judges of the Miss Black America and Mr. Universe Pageants on Miami Beach, September 26, 1968. We are in urgent need for strong Black leadership of your kind.

This will be the first step in mobilizing the potential power and Strenght of all our people into a specific program for their own advancement.

Let us look forward with pride and confidence in each other. These are the qualities we need to develop, to emancipate ourselves. We have a long way to go, but we can shorten the distance and ease the load to a degree. It is for this purpose that INSHEMPT AMBASSADORS FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, INCORPORATION was founded and will continue to lead, design and promote the growth of education; economic, social and cultural improvement for the whole community.
