Mr. Bond:

I was pleased with the image protrayed by the "challenge" delegation at the National Democratic Convention. The belligerant attitudes exhibited in front of nationwide television by the "regulars" (at least many of the regulars) cannot be condoned by thinking Georgians. I admire the challengers ability to remain cool in spite of the provoking atmosphere. I was able to watch NBC throughout most of the coverage and could not help comparing the conduct of the two Georgia Delegations.

I would like to personally thank the members of the Wisconsin Delegation for their support and concern for the Georgia Challenge Delegation. Could you or a member of your delegation provide me with the appropriate address which would enable me to do this? Perhaps there are others I do not know about who deserve consideration?

Sincerely,

(signed) Jerry Russell
