Dear Dr. Kousoulas,

Thank you for your kind letter. I am looking forward to coming to Howard.

Can we set a firm date in March as soon as possible. I ask this because the month is filling up so fast. The dates of March 17, 18, 20, 22, 21, and 30 are already taken. On the 30th I shall be in New York City, as it looks now.

I shall appreciate your letting me know as soon as possible, so the arrangements will be firm.
