Dear Julian:
I noted in the papers that you were going to be speaking at a Luncheon meeting on December 5th here at Chestnut Hill, and I am wondering whether you are going to be able to have any extra time to spend with Emily and me on this trip and whether you would like to stay over at our house.
December 5th is a long time away and maybe I might be on a trip myself, but I just would like to get your schedule so that if there is a possibility of us getting together, and we are here, maybe we can.
I leave on October 3rd right after the Jewish Holidays, for Texas, for the State Conference of Branches in Corpus Christi, a weekend there, and then to Oklahoma City and then we go to Israel after our Board meeting in New York October 14th. Our 16 year old granddaughter is an exchange student and we will be visiting her, and that's the way it goes.
Hope you and the family are well and that everything is going along very nicely. No doubt you will let me hear from you.
