Dear Mr. Bond,

I've just read the story about you in Ebony, and I can't help but wonder, "What is that man doing in politics? You appeared to be a sensitive man who has entangled himself in something that can only leave him dishonest. a dishonesty that starts from the outside and seep's slowly within and destroy's the Julian that was.

I look at your picture and think "man you (Julian) don't need that Garbage. A man's face does not always tell what's happening down deep, But Mr. Bond you need politics like you need a millstone around your neck

Don't get upset with me now OK I've never even seen you, other than via the new media so what do i know about you?

nothing. I don't know what you want, what you feel about your life, your dreams for you and your family, but from what I've read there's something missing in your life and it's not politics or "the Cause"

The Phrase "his natural courtesy" in the article is what made me write. A young Black man with "natural courtesy" in politics would you believe it? Mr. Bond I have never heard of a politician with quote "seemingly endless compassion." Could it be that you are out of your element? Could it be that you are predestine for something more meaningful.

I guess you don't know what to think of this letter. Maybe you are wondering what kind of nut is this.

Well I 'm a young Black woman (27) and I've found something more meaninful than "the cause" or "Soul" Believe me Julian than is something more. Something that is real.

I hope you will read this letter twice at least, maybe you will understand what I'm having such a hard time saying. Enclosed is some literature (Please excuse the white faces) maybe you can get what i mean.

Please write and comment.

You have my Prayers

MOST PEOPLE SAY I'M A GOOD GUY

I'm a family man. My wife and children never lack for my love and attention. We do things and go places together.

I faithfully support my favorite charities. I give to the poor and needy.

I support my church with my finances and regular attendance. Twice a week I go to the House of God.

But could it be that you still might have sin in your life? Will all your good deeds entitle you to eternal life?

Read on

The Bible tells us of a man who was very devout. He gave generously of his income to the church and to the needy; he never failed to pray-but yet, he was not prepared to meet God! Why?

Cornelius could have easily justified himself with the fact that he was a good guy! After all, not many modern day church members lived as clean and conscientious a life as Cornelius! (Acts 10:1-4).

The fact that we are born into this world with a sinful nature demands a washing, a cleansing, a forgiveness of our sins. This is accomplished by repenting of the sins we have committed and being baptized by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission (washing away) of our sins. After fulfilling these two requirements you will speak with other tongues-just as Cornelius did! (Acts 2:38, 10:44-48, 8:12-17, 19:1-6).

Look on the reverse side to find a church who can help you!
