Dear Mr. Nave:

Thank you for sending me a copy of COLLOQUIM. I am honored to be asked to contribute. I think it is a fine journal, but my time does not allow me to contribute this fall. I wonder if you would ask me again later.

My Program Bureau has already filled my schedule through Christmas; the Georgia Legislature meets January through March; and Mrs. Bond and I are expecting our fifith child in mid-January. My time is not my own.
