Dear Senator Russell,

I am writing to ask your assistance in aiding a lady who has approached me with a personal problem of here.

She is Mrs. Josephine Allogio, of 3487 Rainey Avenue, Hapeville, Georgia, who is divorded from Coast Gurad Commander Anthony Allogio. Under the terms of the divorce, Mrs. Allogio was granted vistitation rights with the children. She is unable to determine the whereabouts of the children and indeed the whereabouts of Commander Allogio. Under the terms of the divorce, Mrs. Allogio was granted visitation rights with the children. She is unable to determine the Whereabouts of the children and indeed the whereabouts of Commander Allogio. Inquiries to the U. S. Coast Guard have gone unanswered.

Mrs. Allogio will appreciate your help in securing the assistance of the Coast Guard in determinging the address of Commander Allogio and the children.
