My apologies for being so slow in answering your letter. I have been on a speaking tour, as you probably know, and now the Legislature is in Session.

I'm also sorry that I can't accept you invitation for April. As soon as the Legislature is over in late March, I begin a new speaking tour for the Spring. So my schedule is already filled for months.
