MAY 27

1931. I ironed today. Mother and myself went to see Ocie a little while this afternoon.

1932. I house cleaned the little room today and washed down part of the back porch wall.

1933. We picked some cherries and cleaned up the house today. Sis, Reck and I went to Earl Slaton's tonight to Elizabeth's birthday party.

1934. Rex, Mr. Slaton, Sis & I went to church at Browder's this morning. John Marion & Joseph came a little while this afternoon.

1935. Rev. Rayburn spent last night with us & went home this morning. Mrs. Merrill & Mrs. Rigney came this afternoon & helped Sis cut quilt pieces for some of the club quilts. I sewed on of the quilts. I got a letter from Mother today.

MAY 28

1931. I've been house cleaning. I have cleaned the little room today. Harpie Curtright came a little while this afternoon.

1932. Cleaned up the house this morning. Mother & I went to the cemetary this afternoon & took some flowers for brother's grave.

1933. Sis, Reck, and I went to Sunday School & church at Browder's this morning. Rex and I took a walk this afternoon.

1934. Sis & I washed this morning abd I painted some this afternoon & mowed some in the yard. Sis painted the back porch floor this afternoon. Evelyn, Nora Lee, Leona, Cornell, Nelie, Elizabeth & William Ross came this afternoon.

1935. I wrote a letter to mother today. Leona & Elizabeth came this afternoon & helped Sis & I work on some of the missionary society quilts for quilt club.
