Perfection Cake (Loaf Cake)

3 tb melted butter
2 eggs
milk

1 1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 c + 2 tb of flour
1 scant c of sugar
Sift 4 times
Sift 4 times

1 t vanilla

Brake eggs in a measuring
cup and beat a little with
a fork, add melted butter
finish filling cup with milk.
Pour this on flour, salt
baking powder and sugar
which has been sifted 4 times
add vanilla and beat 5 min.
Bake in a moderate oven 350 degrees --
A loaf cake.
