Cinnamon Loaf

Use - 1/3 chilled dough. Roll
to 16 x 8" rectangle

Sprinkle with - 1/4 c. br. sugar
1 t. cinnamon

Roll as for jelly roll -
starting with 8"
edge; seal edges and
place in gresed pan.

Let rise until double in
bulk - about 2 hrs.

375° - 1 hr.
