Harrison Cake
5 1/2 cups Flour, 2 cups
Molasses, 1 cup of Butter
do of Milk, 4 Eggs 2 cups
chopped Raisons, 1 teaspoon
full Soda spice of all kinds

Baked Omelet
Heat nearly to boil 3 gills
of Milk with a desert spoon
full Butter beat 4 or 5 Eggs
well wet a tablespoonful
Flour & a teaspoonful Salt
with a little Milk mix
the Eggs with the flour &
cold milk then add the hot
milk put this in a buttered
dish, bake 15 or 20 minutes.
