Line 6 cups with lady finger
dipping the sides of the cakes
in the whipped cream to make
them stick together.
Whip 1/2 pt of cream add
2 tablespoonful of powdered sugar
slowly beating it all the while
then add 2 tablespoonful of
sherry wine 1/2 teaspoonful of
Vanilla and last 1 rouded
teaspoonful of Cox gelatine
dissolved in 2 tablespoonful of
hot water (strained) place in
the lined cups and set to cool
be careful not to heap the
spoon with the gelatine
