Celebrate in GHENT City Capital of the Province,
the 18th of October 1717.

His Excellency Monseigneur
the Marquis de Prie, Knight of the Order of
Annonciade, Grand of Spain, Councilor
of His Imperial and Catholic Majesty,
and his Minister Plenipotentiary for the Government
of the Netherlands, having Full-powers
from His Majesty to lend on his behalf
his Name to the Oath, that his August Predecessors did
successively to His Imperial and Catholic Majesty, at the death of
His very honored Uncle Charles II. King of Spain, of Glorious
Memory, & to receive similarly the Oath & Hommage
from the States of those Provinces, fixed the eighteenth day of the
October, to celebrate the inauguration of His
