At a called meeting of the
Vestry held May 14th in the vestry
room of the Church of
Service of following members
were present; Rer. L. W. Burton
Capt. Cyrus Bossieux
Mr. Jno. A. Curtis
Capt. Jno. F. Mayer
Sergt. B.F. Howard
Mr. Jos. R. Roane
Mr. G.G. Minor
Mr. Jas. T. Estes
The Rector explained that this
meeting was called for the
purpose of appointing alternates
for the Delegates already appointed
to attend the Council at Winchester
this being necessary as there
was some doubt as to Mr.
E.A. Saunders one of the Delegates
being able to attend on account
of his health.
On motion Dr. L. C. Crump
& Mr. G.G. Minor were
appointed alternates,
On motion the meeting
adjourned,
