William Argyle, a man of colour intend applying to the Hustings Court, for permission to remain in the State. He was set free by Mrs. Lester, for his [felicity?], and merit. We have known him for many years; is a sober, well behaved and industrious man, we take pleasure in recommending him in the notice, and countenance of the Court.
