Estimated amount of damage or loss of property and effected settlement of claims. Advised on legal rights and obligations and rendered decisions on legality of claims. Has a thorough knowledge of Army Regulations and court decisions pertaining to claims, and a knowledge of local law and customs of the Middle East, this being essential in preparation of claims which were settled under the provisions of the Foreign Claims Act.
