Plymouth Mass.

Saturday Oct 1st. 1859

This morning left home to spend
a few days in New Bedford. I have been
sometime thinking & made since arrangements
to go on board ship again for another voyage
and now this is my last visit for sometime
to my other home New Bedford. Arrd in
N.B. at 11 am. and stopping at Uncle
Bartells & Bro. Daniels. In eveg at sing
at Pacific Church, and with Henrietta
A R Kempton.

Sunday Oct 2nd
At church all day and
heard Mr. Stowe preach.

Monday Oct 3d
Making calls at various
places preparatory to leaving.

Tuesday Oct 4.
Spent day as yesterday. the
