Story in good condition & repair
& to keep the said Monument &
the iron fence about the same
in good condition & repair & to
keep the said lot suitably turfed
with suitable shrubs & flowers
& trees in & about the same,
until the further order of the
board; & that he report the expense
thereof annually to the Treasurer.
