In all cases, where lots other than those
above-described shall be found destitute of suitable
bounds, or numbers, whether by original neglect,
or by decay, the Superintendent shall report the
same to the Trustees: and if the proprietors
or owners shall not direct such bounds or
numbers to be placed upon their lots within thirty
days after being duly notified by the Secretary, the
Superintendent shall cause the same to be done
at the expense of said proprietors or owners." --

Art. 32 Reconveyance to the Corporation.

In any case, where a proprietor shall
have contracted with the Corporation, upon the pay-
ment of a specific sum for the care and preser-
vation of his lot forever, and shall desire to place
his lot in perpetual trust for the purpose of
restricting the right-of-burial, or for any other legit-
imate object, he may, with the counsel
of the Committee on Lots reconvey his lot to
the Corporation, to hold the same forever, for
the uses and trusts expressed in his deed of
reconveyance; reserving to himself and such heirs
as may be beneficiaries under the trust, the rights
of admission: and such supervision as is not in-
consistent with the rights which have vested in
the Corporation." --
