Your Lot N^o 1764 Acacia Pa is in very bad repair and needs very much the following work "Grading & Sodding" "Repairing Fence" Scraping & Painting Fence, this is estimated to cost ^$59.⁷⁵/₁₀₀ If you wish the work done please sign & return enclosed order. We will take annual care of the lot, ie: keep the grass cut & the lot clean at the rate of ^$5.⁰⁰ pr year until forbid

Lot 1655 Willow Av this Cemetery of which you are the Representative is in very bad condition and stands very much a need of the following repairs, viz: "Grading & Sodding" Scraping & Painting Fence" "Righting Marble Cross" "Cleaning Marble" "Digging out Stump" &c. The labor work is estimated to cost ^$77.³⁰ We will do it for that price and if the cost is less you shall have the benefit of the discount. I enclose an order in blank for your signature. After this work has been performed we will take annual care of the lot ei, keep grass cut & lot clean for $5 per year

I therefore enclose a copy, and can send the original to Mr Mackintosh if you desire. I am very sorry that work was done that you do not want. "the order to the contrary nothwithstanding" but as the manure has already been applied I cannot see anything about the Bill that is incorrect. If you wish any change made in the order for the future please notify me
