In all cases where proprietors desire to change
their orders for plants or other work, the gardener is
particularly instructed to get an order for the work, as
ticket will not be issued on verbal instructions to the
Gardener or others.

The ornamental Sections will have the care, weeding,
watering, edging & training of all plants, shrubs &c in
the ornamental beds including those on the Stone Farm beds
but the grass will be cut by a special section as ordered
by the Supt.

The gardener will account on his weekly report for
the time of all the men, sent him by the Supt. -
The gardener will reduce the force at the Greenhouse to
two men after June 1, until otherwise directed by the Supt.
