Dear Sir: -
I am looking for some good surfacing gravel for the avenues here and have been informed that you have gravel on line of the Fitchburg R. R. for sale.

If you will let me know where it is situated I should be glad to see it, and learn whether it will answer the purpose. Please let me know also on what terms you will sell some gravel, and where I can see you in regard to it.
