Trustees

The Trustees of the Proprietors of Mount Auburn
Cemetery met pursuant to the adjournment, on
Tuesday March 2^d 1841 at 4 oclk P.M. at the office
of the Secretary.-

Present Mess^rs Bond, C.P. Curtis, B.R. Curtis
Parker & Read.—

Superintendent.

Voted That whereas, the entire compensation of
the superintendant is designed to be a salary of
$600 per ann^m & the occupancy of the Cottage together
with sufficient ground to cultivate garden vegeta-
bles for the use of his family. And whereas it
is needful that the laborers on the Cemetary should
be boarded in his family therefore

Voted, that in
future such rate of board only shall be charged _
